We’re goin’ to the zoo, zoo, zoo, How about you, you, you? Bit too cringe for a sing-song but I know you really sung it in your head as you read it.
Last week the weather was lush and Charlotte, Lib, Ria, Brooke and myself decided to pick the best day to go to Howletts.
We spent hours being fascinated and entertained by an elephants willy, other monkeys picking out poo from another bum and eating it and the fact that Ria is related to the Red River Hog.
The thing that intrigued me the most that day was the Gorillas. The babies are the most adorable things and all I want to do is pick them up and give them a cuddle. We couldn’t believe how friendly they were being (apart from the fact they’d had a fight before this was taken, aggressive Gorillas are terrifying).
Visiting zoo’s make my inner CBBC ROAR addiction return and I want to look after my zoo online again. Being a zoo keeper is always up there in my dream jobs and always will be.
Me and Charlotte also popped to Camber Sands for an hour down to indulge ourselves in the beach and get sand absolutely everywhere.
Was lovely to sit on the sand with the (strong) sea wind hitting you in your face and making your eyes stream whilst having a chat and a gossip.
