What Happened in November

I blinked and November was over. I can’t believe how quick 2017 has gone, I’m writing this reflection mid-December and it is five days till Christmas. It certainly isn’t slowing down at all.

So back to what happened in November.

It was my birthday! And I celebrated by going into University but after a three hour lecture I spent the ready of my day with my family and friends celebrating. We went for a lovely meal at Prezzo and George and I had a pre-christmasy weekend together before the last two weeks of University. There was cheese and wine = perfect.

I attended my first blogging event with Charlotte for KISS X Pixie Lott. We were so nervous about going but once we arrived it was all of my blogging dreams come true. I feel like I have achieved so much since I first started and could not believe I was cool enough for someone to invite me to an event, especially one where I’m rubbing shoulders with Pixie Lott.

We spent some time with Tish and Ellie, some old friends from back in the day and it was so nice to have all the time in the world to talk and talk…and talk. It is truly lovely to find another set of best friends who are exactly like Charlotte and I.

When thinking about what I loved in November I had to start with TV. I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here was back! You cannot go wrong with a cuppa tea and a sit down at 9pm every evening to watch Ant and Dec. I was over the moon that Toff won the series as she was my favourite and the one I had my money on as soon the line up was released. Go Toff! Riverdale has also been a favourite, I have loved it since it was first put onto Netflix but the episodes have been leaving me with so much speculation about who The Black Hood is. It’s a one to watch.

I’m talking food. Favourites for November have to be camembert cheese and Cherry Bakewell’s. Cannot go wrong. Something else which changed my life was the release of supermarket Christmas party nibbles. Honestly best time of the year. Sainsbury’s were revolutionary with their pigs in blankets IN Yorkshire Puddings with a side of gravy.

Over to the tunes now. Two words. Taylor Swift. I was beyond excited for the release of Revolution and it is as wonderful as I thought it would be. I needed some new Tswiz in my life ASAP and she certainly made my November.

As for December, it is Christmas so expect a wonderful Christmassy month by month in Jan!
